The inauguration of Brother Norman Hipps, O.S.B., as Saint Vincent College president is the cover story. Father Wilfred Dumm, O.S.B., was named an Alumnus of Distiction at the college. Father Vincent Crosby, O.S.B., was a participant in the Nationwide Juried Catholic Arts Exhibition held at Saint Vincent. Saint Vincent memorabilia was included in an exhibit at the Heinz History Center that ran concurrently with the Splendors of the Vatican exhibit. Archbishop Peter Sartain spoke at Saint Vincent in a lecture hosted by the Saint Benedict Education Foundation. Campus ministry students did service trips in Alaska, Taiwan, and China. The annual Artisans of the Monastery exhibit is featured, as is a groundbreaking for a new Catholic Center at Penn State University, where our Benedictines serve. Steeler training camp and a visit from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is documented, as is a visit by Archabbot Douglas to our Mission in Brazil.
