Located on Beatty Road, the Gristmill is on the National Register of Historic Places, and features a Museum with items from the Gristmill and other old tools and equipment relating to the baking of Saint Vincent Bread.

Father Omer U. Kline, O.S.B., author of The Saint Vincent Archabbey Gristmill and Brewery, will be available to autograph copies of the book from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, and to talk about the history of the Gristmill.
