A Monogahela resident has entered the novitiate at Saint Vincent Archabbey, Dominic Greco. The novitiate is a year of prayer and study for men contemplating life as a Benedictine monk.

Brother Dominic, from Monongahela, attended Donora Elementary Center and graduated from Ringgold High School in 2002. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in history from Saint Vincent College in May of 2006.
