Saint Vincent Archabbey Publications and the Heart to Heart newsletter of Saint Vincent Archabbey received three awards by the Catholic Press Association in the 2006 national awards competition for books, newspapers and magazines.

The Heart to Heart magazine of Saint Vincent Archabbey received a third place award for Best Special Issue, Section or Supplement on the papal transition for the special edition paying tribute to Pope John Paul II. The Heart to Heart is designed, written and produced by Kim Metzgar.

Renewed Each Morning, Reflections from the Rock Chair, by Father Philip Kanfush, O.S.B., received an honorable mention for First Time Author of a Book.

The Saint Vincent Basilica: One Hundred Years, tied for second place for book Design and Production. The book was edited, designed and produced by Kim Metzgar.
